Anti-microbial An antimicrobial is a substance that kills or inhibits the growth of microbes such as bacteria, fungi, or viruses.
Green Guard An industry independent third-party testing program for low emitting products and materials. Products tested for: VOCs, formaldehyde, styrene and aldehydes.
Oeko-Tex Standard 100 - Textiles which are awarded the certificate are free of concentrations of harmfull substances whihc are detrimental to health. Parmameters used in testing: banned AZO dyes, carcinogenic and allergy inducing dyes, formaldehyde, pesticides, cholorinated phenols, chloro-organic benzenes and toluenes, extractable heavy metals, colorfastness, pH value and emission of volatile compounds.
